# Get existing data


You do not need to create a Campaign merely to use data that is already available to your organization. Sign in to the [Developer portal](https://developer.humanbased.ai/) and confirm the active organization first.

If you do not belong to an organization yet, [create or join one](/collaboration/organization) before choosing a route below. Once you are a member, you can create a data-read API Key yourself.

A submission visible in **Reviews**, a delivered API record, and a Marketplace listing can represent different scopes and stages. [Delivery](/data/delivery) explains the distinction. A credential establishes access within its scope; it does not, by itself, grant ownership or permission for every downstream use. Check [data rights](/data/rights) before copying or sharing records.
