Status reference
Understand common Campaign, Submission, and Earnings states and their next actions.
Campaign states
| State | Meaning | Common next action |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Configuration is in progress and active work is not being distributed. | Complete Campaign Detail, Pipeline, and Test & Launch. |
| Live | Available Tasks can be distributed to eligible Contributors. | Monitor Submissions, budget, and node execution. |
| Paused | New Task distribution is stopped. | Resolve the blocker and Resume, or continue the ending flow. |
| Closing | Ending was requested and in-flight Tasks, reviews, Rewards, and settlement are draining. | Wait for Finished, or Resume to cancel the ending flow. |
| Ended / Finished | The Campaign has ended. | Review results and the remaining-budget handling. |
| Archived | The Campaign is removed from default active lists. | Open it from an archive or the matching filter. |
Submission results
| State | Meaning | Common next action |
|---|---|---|
| Under review | Review is not complete. | Follow the record in Contributions or Developer Submissions. |
| Accepted | The Submission passed the applicable acceptance steps; later lineage stages remain independent. | Open Track when available and read each downstream stage. |
| Rejected | The Submission did not pass the applicable review. | Use Appeal or Resubmit when the page shows it. |
| Integrity review pending | Integrity review is in progress and related value is temporarily held. | Add context through Appeal when shown, or wait for an update. |
Earnings states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| On hold | The amount is paused during review, a dispute, or another processing step; it is not necessarily deducted. |
| Payable | The amount passed review and entered settlement. |
| Paid | The amount was sent to the wallet. |
| Available to withdraw | The amount currently passes withdrawal-readiness checks and can be claimed. |
Object states are independent. A Live Campaign does not mean every Submission is Accepted. An Accepted Submission does not mean it is anchored, included in a Dataset, published, earning Royalty, or already Available to withdraw.
