Troubleshooting
Resolve common blockers in Campaign launch, Pipeline saving, Tasks, Agreements, Submissions, Earnings, and Lineage.
A Campaign cannot launch
Check Test & Launch in order:
- Name, Description, and Cover image are saved.
- The Pipeline path is valid, and both node configuration and the complete graph are saved.
- Supply includes Task type, Form template, Reward, limits, and Items to collect.
- Budget cap covers Projected spend, and Wallet available is not less than Budget cap.
- Eligibility is confirmed.
- The dry run passed and Confirm dry-run passed is selected.
- Settings checks passed.
- Promote & Lock is unlocked in Launch.
Pipeline changes were not saved
Open the node again, complete its configuration, and select Save in the node panel. Then select Save at the bottom of Builder and wait for the success message before leaving.
Open builder shows a blank canvas
This is the expected starting point for a new Draft. Add Entry Gate, Supply, and Accept; connect Entry Gate → Supply → Accept; save each node; then save the complete graph. Add ETL / Sink only when the Campaign must deliver accepted records to a Dataset.
No Task is available
Eligibility and Task availability are different checks. Review the Campaign state, all participation requirements, inventory, Quota, and Task lease. A temporary lack of Tasks does not necessarily mean the account is ineligible.
An invite code passed, but participation is still blocked
An invite code is only one Entry Gate check. Stay on Getting Started and complete the Agreement, course, Identity, or other requirements.
Agreement Accept is unavailable
Open Agreements → Action required → Review, scroll to the end, and satisfy the reading time shown on the page, which is at least 15 seconds. Accept the Agreement when the button becomes available, then return to the Campaign.
Activity has an amount, but Available to withdraw is zero
Check On hold / Payable / Paid and Payout setup. Only an amount in Available to withdraw can be claimed.
A Submission remains Under review
Under review means that no final decision has been made; it is not a rejection. Follow its current status and feedback in Contributions.
A Submission shows Integrity review pending
Integrity review is still in progress, so the result and related value are temporarily held. When Appeal is shown, you can add context; an Appeal does not guarantee a changed result.
Data Lineage is not shown
Check whether the Submission provides Track or Data Lineage and whether downstream processing has started. If no entry is available, continue following the Submission in Contributions.
