In the Contributor portal, find a course through Learn, or use Getting started → Take the required course before joining a CampaignA developer's data-production project and its settings. Start begins a new enrollment, Continue returns to an unfinished one, and Review opens a completed record. Confirm the course name, overall state, and module progress before continuing.
Complete the modules
- Open a module and read its instructions, standard, and examples.
- For a Reading lesson, select Mark as read after reading if the control appears. Merely opening the page does not record completion.
- Answer and submit required assessment items.
- Check how many modules passed and the overall course state. Continue any incomplete unit.
Take a quiz
Before starting a Quiz, inspect its question count, pass mark, Attempts used, and retry rules. Those settings belong to that course; another course can use different ones. Use the result shown for this Quiz to choose your next action:
| What you see | What it means | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Quiz not passed | The graded answers did not reach the pass mark | Read the score and available answer feedback; select Try again only if another attempt is allowed |
| Submitted — awaiting grading | An open answer needs a course reviewer | Select Continue and return to the same learning record later for the result |
| A retry countdown | The next attempt is temporarily unavailable | Return after the displayed cooldown, then use the same Quiz |
| Attempts exhausted | The configured attempt limit has been reached | Contact the course owner about an attempt reset; if you cannot identify the owner, contact support with the course and Quiz |
| Submission could not be confirmed | The current attempt has no confirmed result | Keep the Quiz open and use its on-screen retry before leaving; do not start a separate attempt to guess whether this one was saved |
If Start quiz fails to load, try the same course entry again. If the enrollment or content remains missing, send support the course, module or Quiz, approximate time, and a redacted error message. Do not send your answers or another person's account details.
A passed course remains available through Review. Seeing Start quiz inside that review does not by itself mean you must retake the quiz to keep the prior valid result.
Check the Campaign requirement
Return to the original Campaign and check its course condition together with every other entry requirement. Passed does not guarantee you can join all work or meet Has mastered the course. A new version of the same Program does not alone revoke an earlier valid pass; see courses and versions.
