Use the taskA specific item a contributor claims or enters's quote to understand pay before claiming work. For a particular submissionThe record created when work is submitted's reward, open its Overview in Contributions and read Awarded. For your current earnings and payment state, open Earnings.

Read the quote before starting

A CampaignA developer's data-production project and its settings or Task quote explains how work is paid when its conditions are met. For example, per accepted submission ties the quote to accepted work. Read the unit and acceptance conditions together. The Campaign's general description may differ from the pay displayed for a particular Step and participant.

After submission, Item quote shows the quote saved with that record. Not recorded means the record contains no saved quote; it does not mean zero, and it does not cancel an existing Awarded reward. If work shares a reward pool, read its allocation rules to understand your individual share.

Connect a reward to your earnings

A Reward is an individual record, such as Submission reward in Activity. Earnings brings together your earnings and related records, including withdrawal conditions.

To follow one reward, prefer a displayed source or reference that connects the submission and earnings entries. Compare their source, details, date, and amount; if no relationship is shown, give support both record identifiers rather than matching by amount alone. To understand the amount currently available for withdrawal, read the Earnings summary together with its setup requirements. A contribution's Awarded amount or Next → Complete state is not a withdrawal receipt.

Understand the amount states

StateMeaningWhat to do next
On holdPaused while a review or dispute is resolved. A hold is not a removalWait for the review. Where the row offers Open case, as it does for a disputed settlement, select it to appeal the hold; a withdrawal waiting period has no appeal action and ends on its own
PayableThe amount has been reviewed and clearedCheck the withdrawal conditions
Available to withdrawThe displayed amount can enter withdrawal processing if the conditions passCheck Setup and the actual withdrawal checks
PaidA payment has been recorded as settledInspect the corresponding transaction and wallet receipt

An Available to withdraw balance can be positive while Setup incomplete is shown. Select Why can’t I withdraw? in Earnings to see the checks that have not passed for your account. Use each available Fix this action for terms or wallet setup; a minimum or permission check may need a different response. Withdraw USDC and check its status explains each check and the request.

Follow an individual record

Open Activity and use Amount, Source, Details, and Date to locate a record. Use the Rewards filter for task rewards, On hold for held amounts, and Withdrawals for payment history.

Summary fields can describe different stages of the same funds. Adding Payable and Available to withdraw together would count the same money twice. A task quote is also not a posted payment.

Withdrawal is a separate step that transfers funds toward your wallet. Read the original withdrawal record to distinguish the requested amount, any network fee, and the amount received. If a record does not supply an expected completion time, contact support with its identifier rather than assuming a fixed waiting period.
